Solbaji is an online betting platform operated for Bangladeshi bettors. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Solbaji and its users.
By creating an account or using the Solbaji platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Solbaji.

These terms may be updated from time to time. It is the user's responsibility to check regularly. Solbaji always strives to present any changes to you in a transparent manner.
Account Registration & Security
To place bets on Solbaji, you must have a personal account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
- If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact Solbaji support immediately.
- Providing false information during registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.
- A national ID card or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
Withdrawals may be limited until account verification is complete. Please verify your account as soon as possible.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
To participate on Solbaji, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. These apply to all users without exception.
- You must be 18 or older to use this platform. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
- You must not be a resident of any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
- You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
- Solbaji employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to open an account.
Solbaji is committed to protecting minors. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
Betting Rules
The following rules must be observed when betting on Solbaji. They are designed to maintain a fair and transparent betting environment.
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except where a cash-out option is available.
- If an event is cancelled, the bet stake is generally refunded, though specific game rules may apply.
- If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Solbaji reserves the right to void that bet.
- Placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Odds and betting markets may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
- The minimum bet amount is ৳50 BDT, and the maximum bet amount may vary depending on the event.
Special rules apply to live betting. Solbaji will not be held responsible if a bet is not accepted due to server latency or connection issues during a match.
Payment & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions at Solbaji are handled securely and transparently. The following rules regarding deposits and withdrawals must be followed.
- BKash, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted for deposits. The minimum deposit is ৳100 BDT.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the registered and verified account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- For suspicious transactions, Solbaji may request additional verification and temporarily place a hold on the payment.
- If a bonus has been used, specific wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
- Any charges imposed by a bank or mobile banking provider will be borne by the user.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Solbaji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. To take advantage of these bonuses, please read and follow the conditions below.
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is typically 5 to 20 times the bonus amount.
- A promotion cannot be used more than once by the same person, household, device, or IP address.
- Minimum odds requirements for bets placed using bonus balance are stated separately.
- Solbaji reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion. This right may not apply to promotions that are already ongoing.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided from the account.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Solbaji. Engaging in any such activity may result in permanent account closure, along with potential legal action.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access.
- Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or match-fixing against the platform.
- Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful content on the platform.
Privacy & Data Protection

- Your information will never be sold to any third party.
- Your data will not be shared with any third party except where required by law or a regulatory authority.
- You have the right to request deletion of your data; however, certain information may need to be retained for a specified period due to legal obligations.
Account Suspension & Closure
Solbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- If there is evidence of involvement in fraudulent activity.
- Failure to pass KYC verification.
- In cases of prolonged account inactivity (more than 12 months).
- Under the direction of a court or regulatory authority.
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus balances may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
Solbaji bears no legal responsibility for the following.
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues on the part of a third party.
- Financial losses resulting from a user's own negligence in exposing their password.
- Service may be disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
- Financial losses resulting from a user's own betting decisions.
Betting always carries financial risk. Never bet beyond your means.
Terms Modification Policy
Solbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' prior notice will be given.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
- In urgent situations — such as legal changes or security risks — terms may be updated without prior notice.
